Deep tissue massage is a combination of massage that gets to the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia. It can release tension in the tissues, or have a psychological release. tissues and cells more efficiently, improve circulation, reduce stress, and
recover from strains and trauma more quickly. Try it once and you’ll
see why it’s a favorite.
